Welcome to Greek Glow! We are a proud web-retailer of small POP Neon Signs. Our goal is to offer our customers great products of the highest quality neon at the best price. We strive to do this while maintaining a suburb level of customer satisfaction.

Shopping and Checkout

How can I purchase one of Greek Glow's products?
This is a simple and fast process. When you see the item that you want to purchase, click on “Add to Shopping Cart” to place the item in your Shopping Cart. You then have the ability to either continue shopping or pay for your item and check out.

Our best price guarantee
If, within 75 days of receiving your purchased item, you see Greek Glow offering an identical item at a lower price, email our customer support department at customersupport@greekglow.com for a quick and easy credit of the difference to your credit card.

Greek Glow accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Can I order by phone?
Greek Glow’s goal is to offer the best Neon Signs at the lowest possible prices. To succeed in this goal, Greek Glow uses an e-commerce software to power its website and sales; there is NO ORDERING BY PHONE. By having an operator to accept orders by phone, transaction costs would increase, which would then be passed to the consumer. This would be unacceptable.

Will you collect Sales Tax on my order?
We only collect Sales Tax on from customers located in South Carolina.

Shipping

How much will it cost to ship my Neon Sign to me?
Shipping costs for are products are easy and simple. For a single order, the first sign costs $8.99, the second sign costs 5.99, and every sign after that is FREE SHIPPING. The total is calculated for you when you check out. Greek Glow uses either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or Military APO?
The answer is two-fold here. We can ship to these locations, but the prices will be higher. Greek Glow wants everyone to have the opportunity to purchase their great products. If you live outside the 48 contiguous United States, please email us at customersupport@greekglow.com, and we will try to find a competitive shipping rate for you.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Again, the answer is two-fold. We can ship to any location, but the prices will be higher. Greek Glow wants everyone to have the opportunity to purchase their great products. How will you ship my order, and when will it arrive?
We will ship orders within 1-3 business days after receiving them from our website. Most orders placed after noon will be shipped the next business day. Orders will be picked up from our warehouse by either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground; orders will be received at final shipping destination 5-7 days after shipping from our warehouse. All products are shipped from West Columbia, SC.

Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes we do! Greek Glow proudly guarantees that your neon product will arrive in a safe and unbroken condition; if it doesn’t, we will gladly replace it. All shipping breakage must be reported to Greek Glow and its shipping carrier within 48 hours. In this rare event, please email us at customersupport@greekglow.com, and we will gladly assist you. Replacement requests cannot be granted until the item in question is returned. Shipping charges for all returns fall into the responsibility of the customer.

I live in West Columbia, SC. Can I pick up my item?
Sorry, but no. We do not currently have a local retail location, and thus do not have a local pick-up. No exceptions. We appreciate your understanding.

Privacy and Security

Is my personal information private and secure?
YES! At Greek Glow, we want you to have a perfect shopping experience with us. If you have to spend your time worrying about your personal information, then your shopping experience will be less than perfect.

How do you protect my information?
Greek Glow is determined to protect your information. We follow responsible and reasonable practices to help protect your confidentiality. We know that no computer system is completely secure, but we know that our software and security measures implemented will reduce the likelihood of any security breach. Yahoo’s 128 Bit Encryption Server guarantees the utmost protection of personal information.

Return Policy

Do you accept returns?
Due to the liability of shipping neon, there are NO returns or exchanges on neon products.

My neon item is defective? What do I do?
You are covered here at Greek Glow. We stand behind EACH and EVERY product that we sell. In the rare event that this happens, please email us at customersupport@greekglow.com. We warrant our products for (1) year. All shipping breakage must be reported to Greek Glow and its shipping carrier within 48 hours. Replacement requests cannot be granted until the item in question is returned. Shipping charges for all returns are at the expense of the customer.

My neon was broken during shipping. How do I get it replaced?
All shipping breakage must be reported to our shipping carrier and Greek Glow within 48 hours. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! If this happens, please e-mail us at customersupport@greekglow.com. Replacement requests cannot be granted until the item in questions is returned. Shipping charges for all returns are at the expense of the customer. If the shipping carrier broke the item, they require that you keep the original packaging so that they may inspect it.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! Greek Glow offers a (1) year Limited Warranty. Greek Glow will repair its products with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge, in the USA for (1) year from the date of the original purchase in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship. For us to fix the problem, the product must be shipped back to Greek Glow for repair in original packaging. Shipping charges for all returns are at the expense of the customer. Most importantly, the warranty is extended only to the original purchaser! To insure this, a purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before the warranty is fulfilled.

This (1) year Limited Warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship, which occur during normal use. It does not cover damage which occurs in shipment (this is covered separately), or failures that arise from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, or commercial use of the product, or service by anyone OTHER THAN GREEK GLOW, or damages that are attributable to acts of God.

Limits and Exclusions.
There are no express warranties except as listed above.

Greek Glow shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
